Generally, the burning temperature of silver is +500~+900℃, but the burning temperature of mica flakes must be below +600℃ (because mica will lose crystal water above +600℃, which will deteriorate the performance).

👉Silver Ink is a paste for making silver electrodes. It is formulated with silver or its compounds, fluxes, adhesives and diluents. According to the existence form of silver, it can be divided into oxidized silver paste, carbonate silver paste, and molecular silver paste. According to the burning temperature, it can be divided into high temperature silver paste and low temperature silver paste. According to the coating method, it is divided into printing silver paste, spraying silver paste and so on.
