China’s Role in Capacitor Manufacturing
China is the world’s largest production base for capacitors, from aluminum electrolytic and film types to ceramic and supercapacitors. For buyers, sourcing from a capacitor manufacturer in China offers scale, cost advantage and a complete product range — but only when the factory behind the brand is real, certified and well controlled. This guide explains what a full-line capacitor manufacturer should offer and how to qualify one.
Our Factory and History
Xuansn’s manufacturing history dates back to June 2004, when our factory — originally Dongguan Chuanghui Electronics Factory — began producing electrolytic AC capacitors. In October 2012 we established Dongguan Xuansn (CH) Electronic Tech Co., Ltd. to serve international customers, and we now operate an independent production base industrial park of 40,000 m² in Chang’an Town, Dongguan, Guangdong.
Capacitor Types We Manufacture
A full-line manufacturer should cover the main capacitor families so you can consolidate sourcing:
- Aluminum electrolytic capacitors — radial, SMD, snap-in, screw terminal and solid polymer types
- Film capacitors — metallized polypropylene and polyester types
- Ceramic capacitors — multilayer and disc types
- Supercapacitors — electric double-layer types

Production Capability
Scale and equipment define what a factory can deliver consistently:
- More than 250 fully automatic production lines
- Monthly capacity exceeding 300 million capacitors
- A 3,000 m² finished-goods warehouse for fast dispatch
- Full supporting capability from foil to finished parts
Certifications and Compliance
Verify the manufacturer holds recognized management-system and product certifications:
- ISO 9001 quality management system
- ISO 14001 environmental management system
- QC 080000 hazardous substance process management
- ROHS, REACH and TSCA product compliance
Quality Control
A reliable capacitor manufacturer operates a closed-loop quality system covering incoming material inspection, in-process control and outgoing inspection, backed by reliability testing such as capacitance, ESR, leakage current and life tests. Documented laboratories and an R&D system support continuous improvement — Xuansn established an R&D system and laboratories as part of its quality management.

How to Choose a Capacitor Manufacturer
- Confirm the factory is real: verify the production base, equipment and capacity.
- Check certifications and request certificates that match the part markings.
- Evaluate the product range against your current and future requirements.
- Request datasheets and production samples, and test them in your circuit.
- Agree on MOQ, lead time and delivery before scaling.
- Assess engineering support for custom specifications and failure analysis.
